RideMax is Singapore's premier road bicycle rental service, offering high-quality bicycles for both recreational riders and serious cyclists.
Located at 1 Upper Aljunied Link #05-01, Joo Seng Warehouse, Singapore 367901. Operating hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed on Sundays.
Yes, highly recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure bike availability. Can book online or via WhatsApp.
Rental Process
Visit website, browse bikes, select rental dates, choose accessories, and complete booking. Pay online or at location during pickup.
Bring valid ID (NRIC, passport, or driving license). International visitors should bring passport. The security deposit is paid the same way as the rental, by PayNow, WeChat Pay or Alipay.
Includes bicycle, basic safety check, and quick orientation. Helmets, lights, and accessories available for additional rental fees.
Pricing and Payment
Rates vary by bike model and rental duration. Prices start from S$40 per day for entry-level bikes, up to S$100 per day for our premium carbon bikes.
We accept PayNow, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Yes, a deposit is required for all rentals. It ranges from S$400 to S$2,000 depending on the bike, and is refunded in full on the day the bike comes back, or within 12 hours, whichever is later.
Safety and Requirements
Yes, helmets mandatory when riding on Singapore roads. Helmets available for rental.
Renters must be 18+. Minors 16-17 can rent with parental consent and supervision.
Speed limit of 25 km/h on park connectors. Follow Singapore traffic regulations and stay in designated cycling areas.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation notice required. S$50 cancellation fee applies for late cancellations.
Late returns incur additional charges. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental period.
